I'm a 33 year old mom of 2 who is constantly trying to improve herself. I'm married to my rock climbing husband Michael, mother to our son Santino (2 and 1/2 years old) and daughter Leela (7 weeks old). We also have two other children - our Chubbies Capone and Bruno. I love my family, CrossFit, running and wine, lots of wine.
My previous weight loss and fitness journey started about a year after my son was born (see Before and After page for that transformation). In October of 2013, I was in the best shape of my life. My husband must have thought so too because in November, I was pregnant with our baby girl.
I'm currently just getting back to workout out after having a C section with my daughter on July 31 of this year. I have been dying to go hard once again but the recovery has been tougher than I expected. Now that I am 7 weeks postpartum, I can really start to kick things up and I am excited about once again setting fitness goals and accomplishing them.
